Checks Text Messages

As Julia heads out to her car she grabs her iPhone out of her purse and takes a quick glance down at it. she sees that she is missed a couple of text messages and one call. It seems as though her husband William has texted her a few times that he had made it to the airport and was getting ready for his flight. Then she sees she has a missed call from him but does not worry about it as she assumes he is now probably too busy getting ready to get on the plane to talk to her and if he wasn't she didn't really care if she didn't want to talk to him anyways given everything that's been going on.

She sees that the other message is from her friend Valentina. Valentina has been her best friend for a while now she also has two daughters that go to school here, and they have known each other for the better part of 10 years. But while Julia has always been the perfect mother and wife Valentina has been a wild child who has never been able to settle down with a man for more than a little while.

Her two girls were products of her first marriage to a much older millionaire here in the city. She had come out to the city when she was young looking to make it big but that never happened and instead, she married this rich older guy and had two kids with him before he died. When he did he left her everything and so she's never needed to worry about money in the time since then, she is married and gotten divorced from at least four separate guys. Each time that she did this she got a little bit of their money.

She had been one of the people telling Julia that she needed to strike out more and be a little bit dirtier since she had lived such a quiet and sheltered life for most of her adult life. Valentina was about the same age as her but as can be seen the experiences with vastly different.

Glancing down at the screen Julia sees it is a text from her asking if she'd like to meet up for coffee or lunch later and talk about some stuff. Usually, this means that she wants to talk about her weekend conquest or some other form of sex that she is recently had. but to be fair she has been a great friend to Julia over the years and she loved spending time with her so she quickly texts back that she can meet her whenever.

As soon as the messages are sent Valentina sends a message back that says great let's meet for lunch and we can talk. I know this great place that we can go which has some amazing views let's meet there I'll text you the address.
