Checking in

Both Jamie‘s make it onto their cruise ships - or at least what they believe to be their cruise ships based on the tickets.

Our gay Jamie checked in with no problem and was stoked to learn he had been upgraded to a balcony room with loads of space and fresh sea breeze, not to mention picturesque sunrise and sunsets on the daily. He couldn’t wait to kick back, relax and enjoy himself over the next few weeks. Life was pretty good for him right now, even if there wasn’t as many guys as he expected on this cruise.

Things didn’t go so smoothly for our other Jamie though. He checked in and wasn’t very pleased to hear that the only room available for him was two floors down from the main deck and was basically a small windowless box. He argued with the receptionist for almost half an hour before his efforts were proven to be futile and he accepted the room and checked his baggage in with the concierge who would deliver it to his room a little later in the day.

Once that was taken care of he rather unhappily stomped his way down three flights of stairs through narrow corridors on his way to his room. As he was coming down the final set of stairs though he tripped on the last step, and it was just his luck they were re-painting that hallway where he tripped and he landed face first in a paint tray and spilled a bucket of paint all over himself in the process. This cruise was not off to a good start.

The staff were very apologetic and sympathetic towards him. They quickly showed him into his room and told him to go take a shower and they would take care of his clothes and have a fresh outfit ready by the time he got out.
