Captian Max

They left the main building heading towards another structure one story tall but large, the barracks. Standing out front was a tall orc in armor with a large hammer over his shoulder talking to a short Wolf beastman in leather armor.

"Ah captain Max its good to see you how are things," Lucila called getting a response from the wolf.

"Oh Lucy its good to see you and this is Master Doe right Good to see you again," the wolf called.

"Yes and it's good to see you again," John answers.

"What do I owe the pleasure," Maxed asked.

"Well I have decided to step up when it comes to the farm and was wondering what I could do to make your job easier and more efficient," he responded.

"Oh well come to my office so we can talk," Max said.

Max lead them threw the barracks the first thing John noticed was Max's ass he had never called himself a furry but he saw the appeal and if wanting fuck this wolf made him a furry then he used he was. The next was that the guards were framed in their easily 3 to a bed and not in the fun way. Quite the contrast to the massive mansion with hundreds of empty rooms

Once they were in the office before anyone could say anything John spok.

"Do we have the room to expand the barracks or build another…. Or move some in to the mansion," John asked.

"Yes sir the servant coders in the Manner is only half full we could fit 50 in mabey 60," Lucila said.

"But I saw like a hundred empty rooms on the way out, what about those," He asked.

"Well sir, those are reserved for guests," Lucila explained.

"How many rooms do we have that could be retrofitted for people who work here that wouldn't displace anyone currently living here," he asked.

"Well I guess that would be 350 in total," she answers.

"Wait how many rooms ARE THAIR,"

"600 in total including the kitchens, dining rooms, ballroom and offices," Lucial explained.

"Ok then spread the rooms out between the maids and guards to have as few as possible in each room but leave some guest rooms," he ordered.

"Well if we convert the first 2 floors we could match 2 to a room using 300 but sir are you sure," Lucile asked.

" Max, would it make your job easier," he asked.

"Oh definitely the only problem I have is with the number of guards needed to take care of this much land with such a small barracks means no one gets enough rest," Max explained.

"Then its settled and Max if there is anything else I can do to help my door is always open," John said with a smirk.

"Well now there is one thing I have to deal with thair is quite HARD,"

"Well come by my room some time, I'm sure we can find something to do about it, but for now I have some others to meet up with," John said leaving.
