Caitlin Snow first noticed the development of her powers when she became more and more attractive. Her body filling out in more ways then expected, with enlarging breasts and ass as well as narrowing waist. Her hair seemed to become a bit redder then normal. It was soon that she seemed to be the supermodel or porn star version of herself.

No one really noticed with the emerging of her other powers. Psionic powers. Telepathy, telekinesis, control minds as well as emotion, hypnotic abilities, illusions and much more. Which let her get her friends to see her new sexier appearance as her true one. Including quickly changing the minds of others. But it also allows her to read the thoughts and feelings of her friends.

Including Barry's actions in changing reality by time travel. Which made her ask...

'What was he thinking? He could have destroyed everything any number of times. Still, it is possible his actions changed me so I didn't become Killer Frost, which is a relief. Maybe I should punish him, maybe I should reward him? Or maybe both or neither?' she thought to herself, as she dressed in her new more attractive clothes. Gained by both her powers and beauty.
