CAPTAIN JACKASS! [Canada]

Duncan was once your average donkey, living a life of blissful ignorance on a donkey sanctuary in Alberta. That all changed however when one night, he was exposed to strange cosmic radiation via a meteorite from a distant galaxy. The radiation altered his brain chemistry, giving him self-awareness and human-level intelligence.

For the next couple days after that it seemed like that's all the meteor did to him until one winter stormy night when his human caretakers, which included his favorite human Bethany - the Fern to his Wilbur - found themselves under siege by a pack of ravenous wendigos!

Hearing their desperate cries for help was the trigger that was needed to unlock the rest of his superpowers, essentially turning him into an amalgamation of Superman, Kitty Pryde and Black Canary (Hee-HAWWWWWW!!!!!). Another unlocked power was the ability to be bipedal as well as a quadruped.

Long story short, he saved the family and vowed to dedicate the rest of his life to fighting evil & injustice under the given name of CAPTAIN JACKASS!

He's currently one of Canada's most famous Platinum Age superheroes!
