The group stared at her. Kat and Chloe still had their knockers out. Kat resumed speaking. "You think he really has something like that?"

"Honestly, probably not," said the new guy. "But he has all kinds of weird experimental stuff. Most of it sounds like half-baked sci-fi bullshit but he swears by it."

Half-baked, heh. Beth smiled at the pun. She closed her eyes and felt waves of weird magnetic energy wash up and down her legs. It felt like her head was in a wind tunnel and her body was... it was like a bunch of sculptors were working on it, delicately tracing out the lines that made her body. She was art. "Be happy," she repeated to the man. She closed one eye so that she could focus on him better. She felt lighter than air, like she was being held aloft. "Andyer sistersh..."
