"Dr. Hassan? Sorry to disturb you, but there's been an emergency change to tomorrow's schedule. The hospital administrator needs you to take on three additional patients in the morning. Can I come in to show you the revised appointments?"

Joe froze, his face still buried between the golem's buttocks. Panic surged through him as he realized the compromising position he was in. With the golem in default mode, she wouldn't respond to the assistant—and if the door opened, there would be no explaining away what was happening.

"Dr. Hassan? Are you there?" The doorknob rattled slightly, testing if it was locked.

Thank god he'd had the foresight to lock it earlier. Joe laid still with her ass in his face as he thought what to do next, knowing the golem would remain frozen in place until he commanded her otherwise. His mind raced through options, each more **** than the last.

"Dr. Hassan, respond to your assistant with human emulation on," Joe whispered urgently, his voice muffled against her flesh. "Maintain conversation with door closed."

The golem's body remained perfectly still, her weight settled on Joe's face, but her voice transformed instantly. The flat, mechanical tone vanished, replaced by the warm, professional cadence of Dr. Fatima Hassan, complete with her slight Lebanese accent.

"Yes, Melissa, I'm here," she called out, her voice projecting naturally toward the door. "I'm in the middle of a private consultation with the equipment technician. Could you leave the revised schedule on my desk? I'll review it as soon as we're finished."

Joe held his breath, his heart hammering in his chest. The contrast between the golem's mechanical stillness on his face and the perfect human simulation in her voice was jarring. He could feel the subtle vibrations of her speech resonating through her body as she spoke.

"Oh, I'm sorry to interrupt, Dr. Hassan," the assistant replied, sounding genuinely apologetic. "It's just that Mr. Reynolds specifically asked me to go over these changes with you personally. He was quite insistent."

Joe silently cursed. Of course Reynolds would be involved—the same hospital administrator who had been using the golem for his own gratification. He probably wanted to ensure his "special appointments" weren't affected by the schedule change.

"I understand, Melissa," the golem responded smoothly, her voice carrying the perfect note of professional authority mixed with collegial warmth. "But I'm afraid this maintenance check is rather... technical. The technician needs my undivided attention for about fifteen more minutes. Could you perhaps come back then?"

Joe felt a surge of relief at the golem's perfect improvisation. Her social programming was responding flawlessly to the situation, creating believable excuses that maintained her human facade. No one listening would ever suspect she was currently straddling a technician's face with her ass, her body frozen in default mode while her voice simulation operated independently.

"Of course, Dr. Hassan. Fifteen minutes it is. I'll just be at my desk when you're ready."

"Thank you, Melissa. I appreciate your patience."

The sound of retreating footsteps indicated the assistant had accepted the explanation and was walking away. Joe exhaled slowly, his breath hot against the golem's skin. That had been too close.

"Stand up and return to normal position," Joe commanded in a hushed voice, suddenly aware of how reckless he'd been. The golem immediately complied, lifting herself from his face and standing beside the examination table, her expression blank and awaiting further instructions.
