Amy Lee Schultz had been busted for using steroids. She had her own web channel about "all natural" diet and exercise, but someone had gotten a video of her injecting steroids in a bathroom stall at the gym, and if the video got out, it would ruin her. She made a lot of money on her site from promoting all natural products.

The blackmailer did not have any monetary demands. The first demand was Amy Lee go to the gym in he sluttiest workout gear.
