Bruce succumbs to Mental Conditioning

The Gentleman held out his hand, “You look beautiful tonight, Ruby.”

“You are such a charmer,” Ruby said, while her inner voice screamed. She took his hand which he kissed.

“Would you be a dear and remove the jewels from the case,” The Gentleman ordered.

“Anything for you, my love,” Ruby said, mesmerized by his every word.

Ruby opened the case with ease, typing in the code only her and the museum curator knew. She even removed the bat tracking device that she had placed earlier that night. The Gentleman quickly stuffed the jewels into a velvet case inside his jacket pocket.

“Now my little, gem,” he said holding Ruby’s face in the palm of his hand, “What will I ever do with you?”
