So here I am in my new home for the next two weeks. It’s kind of crazy! The bed is huge for a petite young woman like me! Two meters wide and 2.20 meters long. Incredible. It’s positioned to the right of the entrance door. To the left is a door to the bathroom, which I haven’t even checked out yet. Next to it is a kitchenette with bar stools and a matching high table. In front of the bed is the desk with the gaming setup. And to the right of the kitchenette is another door. “What could that possibly be?” I wonder.

Curiously, I walk over to the door and open it. To the right is a light switch, and suddenly I find myself in a sort of walk-in closet and storage room. There are many colorful outfits hanging on clothing racks, but there are also some packed moving boxes, comics, and more streaming equipment. The apartment is full of stuff, and I’ll probably have to gradually get a handle on it in the coming days.

I turn my attention to the clothes. I see a lot of pink, purple, pink, white, and even more black. Not really my style, but oh well. I’m more of a sporty type. Then I look at the next rack and shouldn’t be surprised, but I am anyway: there are costumes here. Well, Jack did say she was a cosplayer, but this is quite a lot, and I didn’t expect it. At least not that the outfits are made of so little fabric and partly of latex and leather. Well, that doesn’t really concern me.

I leave the room again and head to the bathroom. It’s small, clean, cozy, and even has a washing machine. I’m happy and look at all the video equipment. My plan is to share my van renovation and my journey on social media. Maybe build a cool base of followers, and who knows what will come of it. I originally only had my phone and a tripod for that, but if I can really keep the tech, I have all new possibilities. I’ll have to ask Jack about that.

I grin and fall onto the big bed. Suddenly, I’m overwhelmed by fatigue.
