Brothel Passeé

You head to the Brothel Passeé. It's impossible to miss. The building is three stories tall, constructed from crimson brick and black stone. Scarlet banners hang from the balconies and sway in the wind. A glowing sign sits above the entrance, and a stylised velvet lantern crafted from enchanted red glass that pulses with a warm, inviting crimson light next to it. It's about the prettiest thing in The Dregs, and in reality, it sits on the border just outside of it.

Unfortunately, it seems closed right about now. You assume it might open some time after dark.
