Broken Seal

Adam proudly walked through the corridors as his body felt free.He heard a meow near a window and spotted his black cat taking a nap in the sunlight.

The cat yelped in surprise as adam picked it up suddenly and started rubbing his face into its belly.

Adam had enough of fun and smiled at the car saying"Iam sorry Nyx.But you have some work cut out for you".

Adam picked out a pouch with 6 letters inside it and tied it to the cat.The cat sniffed the bag as a smell was coming of it.A Unique smell that she recognized from decades ago and immediately looked at adam in surprise.

He smiled sadly and patted the cat as it purred into his hand.

Suddenly the cat left his hand and jumped out of window as it suddenly split into 6 clones and ran towards the destinations.

Even though their reunion was cut short,she have a mission to finish.Even if it costs her life.

Seeing nyx vanish into horizon,adam sighed saying"Well.I really hope they dont hate me for it.Now lets go meet my darling".

He clicked his fingers as a black door emerged before him.He stopped before it as a small needle came out of the doorknob.

Adam purposefully pierced himself with it as his blood went into the doornob as the door got unlocked.

He instantly healed the wound as he stepped inside it and the door vanished behind him as if it didnt exist in the first place.

Adam opened his eyes to blinding light as he saw a lone castle in front of him.

Calling it a castle is an overstatement.Its a small three story castle with bottom floor having food and washing.Second floor is empty with two guards protecting a door.

and Last floor has a massive room where a person is staying(more like locked inside).Like a caged bird.

He walked into the tower's second floor and was immediately stopped by a halbred at his neck as a voice demanded"State your name or else your head will be chopped of".

Adam smiled at the threat as he have power to instantly kill both of the maids.He flashed a small insignia saying"Iam here to meet the princess.Who already gave me permission to walk straight into her room. So you are the ones disobeying the command".

The maid with the sword lowered her sword but the one with halberd didnt.Adam pointed at the weapon demanding"Whats this".

The maid never wavered and said"If that insignia is really true.Let me conduct a check on you to make sure you dont have any weapons".

Adam's smile vanished as he sighed saying"She really need better servants".The maid was unable to react as the next thing she know was that her body was lodged into the wall right to her.She was unable to maintain her consciousness as she can sense that atleast 5 bones in her body are broken.

Adam continued walking to his destination as he flashed a charming smile to the sword maid and gently picked her hand and planted a kiss on it saying"I never knew her servant is this beautiful unlike that brute over there.May i know your name,fair maiden?".

The maid blushed at his handsomeness and also at the power he displayed as she was instantly infatuated by his aura and whispered "Its lily lord.Its unbecoming of you to lower yourselves for a mere maid".

Adam simply shrugged at her remark saying"Nonsense.The woman before me is more beautiful and fair than most of the noble daughters i seen.Hope we meet regularly".He planted another kiss on her hand and went up the stairs leaving a blushing and lovestuck maid behind him.

Adam took a deep breath as he stood before the door.Several emotions ran through through him as he simple dont have the courage to show his face to the person on the other side.

As if sensing his dilemma,a meek voice came from inside saying"How long are you going to make me wait dear Adam Duncan.Come inside this instant".

Adam immediately went into the room similar to a kid who got yelled by his mother
