Breakfast wins

Vatarie and Delilah make eyes at each other as you all gather and head towards the dorm but there isn't any ****. Anastasia help with this by getting between the two. When you round the building edge and the dorm comes into view you see Stephanie talking to one of the Royal Guard outside of a carriage. You can't hear what is said but she shakes her head then climbs in and the carriage takes off without pause.

"Ah Ana, is there a reason Stephanie would be going to the Royal Palace?" You ask feeling like Stephanie's questioning could possibly be connected to the sudden get away.

"Isabelle probably wants a lesson." Anastasia said with a hint of affection in her voice but no suspicion.

Yeah that sounds, plausible. You consider the options on how to figure it out. Going yourself is possible but if Stephanie is heading to train Isabelle you don't want to go anywhere near there. Sending someone could work but your options aren't stellar, it's either Clare or Delilah and you aren't if either of them would be effect. It's not like either would have any reason to go to the palace if they are questioned, you could at least say you wanted to talk to the Queen and maybe get a little away with it.

Your groups heads into the dorms and then into the dinning hall. When you enter you see Edin and Clare sitting at a table eating. Clare sees you and waves you over. You all grab food and, when you sit with them you check Edin out. He looks like himself but his aura isn't looking as active as it usually is, no fancy patterns or colours. You think that might be a good thing actually. Some indication that he isn't just suppressing everything.

While you eat you see the dinning hall open and Lucia walk inside. Her eyes catch yours. You wave and she looks away then nods. It's progress you guess and go back to eating wondering if you should go and talk to her rather than waiting for her to come to you. Actually that's not a bad idea.

When Lucia takes a seat you get up and walk over to her waving at the others to not follow. "Hey Lucia." You say standing beside her.

"Christopher." She says flatly. The two of you stare at each other for a second before she tightens her lips. "Sorry I yelled at you."

"Oh no it's fine, sorry I got between you and your manager. But just so you know she said that no matter what she wouldn't stop sponsoring you."

"And you - hmm." She cut herself of and let out a breath. "It's fine." She gave a little bow and looked away. So this was more of a bowing to nobility than an actual apology.

You lapsed into any awkward silence when Oriana, Auria and Cynthia arrive all wearing their religious attire. Lucia perked up the moment Auria's boobs came into view and the three sat down around the two of you. "Hello Christopher." Oriana said with a little bow. Cynthia smiled at you and you did your best to not check out her see through top and the boobs they contained, there will be time for that later.

"Hey Christopher. Who's the new girl?" Auria asked looking over at Delilah. "You courting?" Lucia rolled her eyes and one of her arms left the table to rest below it. Auria looked at her and grinned.

"Delilah." Lucia's hand must have tensed as Auria let out a surprised gasp. "What?" It took a full three second before that clicked. thinking back over the week, each time you'd said Delilah's name Lucia had gotten pissed off whenever she had been in earshot. She must have thought you were talking about her manager, which explains the ongoing anger. She thought you were parading her sponsor around."No, no different Delilah."

"Huh?" Lucia asked looking at the group and seeing Delilah looking back after all the mentions of her name. "Her name's Delilah?"

"Yeah, she arrived on the weekend." You explained hoping that this misunderstanding would quickly resolve the issues between the two of you.

"Oh." Lucia's aura showed you she understood and you saw some of her anger dissipate. "So this whole week you've been..."

"Yeah."

"Huh." Lucia mused silently for a moment. The musing was a little undercut but Auria increasingly red face as Lucia's below the table hand toyed with her. "Then, I guess, I accept your apology on one condition." She looked up at you with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

"I haven't even," you stop yourself and sigh, "I'll figure it out and talk tomorrow ok." You were taking her for a flight one way or another might as well use it finish mending this bridge.

Lucia's smirk grew and Auria let out a soft moan.

"Will you be coming to church Christopher?" Oriana filled the silence as soon it opened and you look at her not sure how to answer.

"Maybe." It was all you could say. Maybe you could send Clare instead, that's kind of like going yourself.

"There might have been a response to the Priestess's letter about you." Oriana teased. How she knew about that letter you didn't bother questioning, she might have been the reason the Farrah sent the letter in the first place with how worryingly fanatic she had been. You're glad she's settled down and the initial religious shock of her fixed eyes was gone.

"Maybe." You repeat. You should check that out for yourself actually so maybe might be an inaccurate term. "I'll talk to you later, and I'll see you later." You say to Lucia and Cynthia. "Oriana." You say in goodbye and she responds in kind.

When you get back to your seat Clare gives you a raised eyebrow. She's probably wondering about the church herself. Asune also gets your attention to ask if you'll be coming her estate today or tomorrow. So, you can either go to the church or go to Asune's, now that is quite a binary.
