(Bleh, I'm bad with names in this series. Which would be better to use for people, Ochaco Uraraka, as if I recall, Uraraka is the family name but tends to be used more often because people use family names most the time save for friends... agh..., have this chapter, I'll think it over and rewrite some parts)

"Sae. Rinia." Ochaco whispered with a bit of a grin, "Come forth. I summon you." she chuckled. Quirks were odd enough but magic too? Historians had come to the agreement that those that used magic in days past were more than likely the first Quirk users. The only reason they hadn't flourished was still being researched, but the idea of Medieval or older Quirks made a lot of myths and legends suddenly make sense, IF only raising up other questions. But magic didn't exist.

So the glowing pages and the pair of arms stretching out shouldn't be happening right?

Uraraka had dropped the book and scrambled backwards, unsure of what to do. Part of her said to run for help, another said to just slam the book closed but.... another part was just enticed by the oddity of what was going on. Or perhaps it was someone transformed and trapped by a Quirk. Her mind rattled off possible answers to this as the two sets of arms seemed to have a discussion among themselves.

"Oi Out the way." A voice came from the book, one of the hands slapping another to the side.

"I'm not in your way, just shift over." came another, and the responding weak bat of the hand.

"You're stuck aren't you?" the first said, one of the hands raising upward and gripping closed.

".....Nooooo?" came the reply with the other hand giving a small 'please move on' like wave. Ochaco noticed that the arms were different colors, one a blue hue and the other a more whitish... with a few vine like tattoos running down the limb. The more aggressive voice coming when the blue arms were in motion.

".....Alright. Hang on. I got an idea." The blue arm disappeared back into the pages and a strange sound started to emit from it. It reminded her of when Shoto generated his ice powers..., uh oh.

"Wait NO what are you doing?" Ochaco Uraraka started to say when a loud 'SLAP' was heard. Accompanying the sound was a loud 'EEEEEP!' and the rocketing of a figure out of the book. Ochaco dove out of the way, causing the shape to slam into the opposite wall. She heard a groaning sound as the shape peeled off the wall and fell to the ground.

"See. Told you I'd get you out." a voice came from the direction of the book. Ochaco snapped her head to the book and a figure was leaning was leaning out of the book.

It was a girl... or woman with curves like that even with her small stature. Her skin was the same icy blue she had seen before on the arms, and hefted behind her head was large paddle made of ice. She had horns growing from the side of her head, the curve leaning just a little forward before angling back in a tapered tip. For clothes, she wore what seemed to be just a bikini, only made of cloudy looking ice. She jumped out of the book and landed on the floor, strutting across the room and used her paddle to poke the other figure that Ochaco hadn't processed yet.

It was another short woman but just as busty if not more. She had white skin with green vine styled tattoos running up and down her limbs and back. Her own horns were short and grown from her forehead. She wore what looked to be a Hawaiian dress style or 'jungle village woman'. Grass skirt with just enough to cover her crouch and actual coconuts for a bra. While both beings had their ears pointed, the plant themed woman seemed to have even pointier ones. The only thing connecting them besides the horns and the fact they were about half her size..., were the anklets they wore. An odd mix of blue and white.... or white and blue? The colors were so mixed and mingled it was hard to tell.

"Saaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeee whyyyyyyyyy......" the woman face down on the ground moaned out as she slowly got up and shook the stars from her eyes.

"Oh did you WANT to stay stuck? With a new Master calling us? AND ONE that actually called us?" the woman named Sae asked leaning close with a grin on her face. She adjusted the paddle in her hand to rest it over one of her shoulders.

"But you didn't have to hit so HARD." the plant themed one cried as she rubbed her tush, her hand glowing a faint white as she rubbed it. The bruise left behind by that paddle started to fade away. "Just because I can heal doesn't mean you have to wound me you brute." The blue one was about to get into it before another voice spoke up.

"Uhhhhhhh..... hello?" Ochaco muttered which made the two figures snap their heads to her. Both of them ran their eyes over her form, slowly taking in all the details and thinking... well who knows what? "Are... are you two sick... maybe affected by a Quirk..." She started to ask before the blue one interrupted, huge grin on her face and sparkle in her eyes.

"So you're the new Master.... Oh I'm sorry Mistress." The blue figure said, summoning a block of ice to stand taller and grabbed Ochaco's hand to give the hero a big shake. The **** of which actually sent the college girl bouncing up and down. For her size the ice user seemed incredibility strong. "Nice to meet you. I'm Sae, this is Rinia," She pointed at the one called Rinia who gave a curtsy, "And you're now our Mistress."

"Miss..., Mistress?" Ochaco asked her head cocked to the side. Was this all just a dream? Maybe she'd fallen asleep while still at her desk with that book still open. She looked at her hand though and gave a light kick at the ice block. It felt very real though so what was happening? The two smaller women exchanged almost knowing glances before the green one gave an 'ahem'.

"You are now our Mistress and your orders are ours to carry out." Rinia explained, her sing song voice trying to sound serious, "I'll not bore you with the details, honestly it's a long story. To make it short, the tome you found has given you two Imp servants that are primed and ready to help you out. With fighting, cooking, homework..., anything really." Rinia stated as she walked around the room, looking the place up and down as she seemingly took inventory.

"Wait wait wait... IMPS? Nonononono" she brought up her hands and shook them side to side, hoping to just deny this whole thing. "This .. this is a dream right, Magic isn't real, it's all Quirks right? Why aren't you made of shadows like from before?" the hero stammered out as she moved around her room. She paced back and forth trying to wake up and make sense of all of this but no amount of movement seemed to be waking her up. Or any amount of pinchings.

"Oh that?" Sae asked as weakly tossed the ice paddle which vanished before hitting anything. She leaned against the wall and stretched, showing off her curves and muscles with a knowing grin, "Yeah there's some people that can't really access the book. Usually younglings. We only work with kids under the most dire set ups.... like they don't have parents, ind the middle of no where, or are like GOING to Die." she said, listing off situations on her fingers.

"Otherwise they tend to just get a fraction of us. That and some people just don't react well to the Tome's energies. Thus the 'shadow' like apperance from before. The Tome figured it would be the easiest way to introduce us to that young girl. Honestly," She said with a sigh, " Just spitballing here, we don't know that was all very new to us." Rinia followed up with as she walked over to Ochaco and seemingly summoned tea from no where. She offed it up in a polished wooden cup and saucer. "Here, drink this, breath deep and just calm down..., everything will be..." Only for Sae to interrupt by bumping her out of the way, sending Rinia spinning but gracefully keeping the cup from spilling.

"She doesn't need tea, she needs some meat on her! Look at this place she doesn't even have the cash to really spruce this place up let alone buy enough food to put some muscle on her bones." Sae cried as she spun around with her arms outstretched, "Listen Mistress just give me the word and I'll go get you some good food to fill your belly with." the bluish imp stated with a wink and her index finger held up.

"SAE." the other imp cried, "This is a big moment for our Mistress, she needs to just calm down, takes some breathes and then figure out how to..." Rinia started to lecture with a wag of her free hand. Sae came back, shoving her head at Rinia to the point they were almost locked together by their horns.

"The girl needs food and a party to celebrate this new chapter of her life! Honestly I'd say go smite some enemies but that I think is frowned upon, so feast party is the best I can suggest..." Sea cried as she pushed foward, puffing her chest up.

"We always argue." Rinia replied, turning away from Sae who now fell over from the lack of a body to brace against. Rinia folded her arms as she used a vine summoned from... where(?) to hold the cup and plate, before nodding her head over towards Ochaco, "You know the rules as well as I do Sae, so let's stop fighting and ask her."

"SO.... Mistress," The two figures turned their attention to Ochaco, "What do you want to do?" the pair asked in stereo.

The hero was trying to process what was happening but was aware that her.... delusions? Over active imaginations? Quirk induced mental illusions? Whatever they were, they were asking for something about tea or food? Or maybe she could just tell them to leave? OR Both? Her head spun as she fought for an answer to this weirdness.
