Boar

Kuro's green eyes widened and he immediately looked around in alarm.

"Of course! Get on my back, I will hunt you something much bigger!"

He insisted, shifting into his panther form. He was big and soft, making riding him easy enough. His eyes followed her movements as she finished eating and rinsed the pot before picking it up. He would have to make a sack for her to store her belongings before long. Not that he minded.

"I smell boar."

He prowled around expertly, following the trackings that led slightly closer to his village outskirts. He was getting ready to pounce on the unsuspecting creature when a loud sqeaul escaped it and it took off in a fright. A chase. Kuro licked his lips eagerly.

"Hold on tight!"

He bounded after the large boar, leaping through the air and sinking his jaws into its neck, killing it and then licking the blood off his snout. He transformed and began to skin the creature with his sharp claws. Afterwards he began chomping down on the raw meat eagerly to fill his belly since his mate had already eaten.

Once the large hide was washed and beaten out under the sun for a couple hours, he presented her the long material. Big enough to make herself a short skirt right above the knees.
