With no secret identity, that Oliver made finding out the Canary's location and patterns quite easy.

In fact, it's at his Penthouse that The Mad Hatter knows to find her this night.

With Arrow away with the other League Members, she's taking a night off for herself.

It's a simple matter, then, to get enough of Hatter's mind-controlled puppets into the place and to take over enough Staff to get what he needs.

Canary, in her distracted state worrying about her teammates, doesn't notice how busy the floor is with Maids and other Staff as she goes to the top floor.

They are told to wait a bit and then take the elevator up to where she is...

She's trying to relax when she hears the door code entered and someone makes entry.
Alot of someone(s), in fact.

A dozen Staff Members burst in with one command emanating from their lips...

"Capture Alice."
"Hatter...oh boy. Time to...
Wait- I can't use my cry on these innocents. Shit."

Canary considers her options to get past these people she's known and made friends (okay, acquaintances) with...
