Billy With Great Big Dreams

Billy is just a normal guy, or rather he was just a normal guy, as his long sought-after wish of being able to help others, aka getting his very own superpower, was about to happen!

It was honestly a huge pain in his ass as he had to save up most of his life and then some just to be able to meet the requirements the rules had stated, as he had to be working for at least a year or two, according to the nurse he was seeing practically every day. Anne told him as much, and thankfully she thought Billy was cute, or else he'd have annoyed her way too many times with his constant talking about powers and if he was ready yet or not.

But today was finally the day where he managed to get $30 for the first shot of Enhanced senses. And before you ask, no, it wasn't that hard; Billy, just like every kid and teenager, bought lots of other things during his underage years that he cherished and loved for many years... well, that and he also had to start paying his mother rent the second he turned 16.

Getting the power was, of course, the easy part... however, the side effects weren't that easy since 1. you don't really have a clue how you'd be affected and 2. Billy lost any and all inhibitions he may have had when it came to porn; also, he has now become an exhibitionist, as when he was told to change out of the hospital gown they told him to wear, he began stripping immediately.

"No, not here!" Screamed a random nurse as Billy let his hospital gown hit the floor, not realizing what he had just done since that part of him that feels any sense of shame in doing something like this has already set sail and was never going to be heard from again.

But that did mean that for a couple of extra weeks, Billy was **** to take some classes from the Academy since his enhanced sense was his eyes, as he could see a lot better and more things all at once... but when it came down to him not seeing any problems with stripping, masturbating, or really anything else with anyone around him, it was what **** those extra couple of weeks.

Finally, however, is the day when he got released from his little isolation jail cell, and like always, the only person who came to show any sort of love or heck care for his well-being was his best friend since childhood, along with being the first-ever girlfriend he's been with... even if they had some off-again, on-again style of fuckery since Sandra was a swimming champion and her mother was a controlling bitch about forcing her to both break up and refuse contact with Billy.

Of course, this always resulted in Sandra getting a bit mopey and almost costing her team the win in the process since all her mother would let her do besides training is literally eat, sleep, and use the restroom, and at least one of those was debatable depending on her mood, and you'll just have to guess which one she felt like taking away for her daughter's "victory" since it was very clear to everyone she was just living vicariously through Sandra.

"I see once again you're the only person I can count on, Mrs. Aqua." Billy said teasingly as Sandra playfully punched him on the arm. "Yeah, well if Mr. Turtle didn't walk as slow as his name, then maybe the others would have waited." Sandra said also in a teasing manner, even though both she and Billy knew for a fact that that was a total load of bullshit, as neither of them can remember a time when his mother or sister even attempted to watch him do anything.

And that's no exaggeration either, as neither of them seemed to even attempt to give a reason why they never came to anything he's ever done, both good and bad, even when they promised to be there. Which is partially the reason he knows how to pick locks, along with some other things the hardened criminals taught a young Billy as he stayed in the town's jail cell for an entire month for shoplifting.

Which wasn't even him but actually his sister, and Billy took the rap, as he thought that's what good brothers are supposed to do, not knowing or realizing that both his sister and mother ratted him out for doing so, as apparently his mother also stole from the same shop and was more than willing to pin it all on her only son, as she really didn't care about her children all that much.

Hearing this, the hardened criminals began crying for Billy's life and did whatever they could to help him, which would help make him a better hero as he knew the signs of crime no matter how subtle they might have been thanks to these crooks.

His sister was a special case, though, as while their mother didn't care that much about her kids, she at least showed some parental love to Stephanie for no reason other than because she was a girl. As that's the only thing Billy could come up with since everything else about them is the same, other than the fact that Billy works hard and helps out the town whenever he could (half of which is **** upon him by the court of law... possibly being the reason he had to wait so long).

Both Sandra and Billy get into Sandra's car and begin driving off to Billy's house in hopes that his mother hasn't yet rented it out and sold all his stuff, which thankfully she didn't, but it was probably only because Billy left rent money for about a month for her on her bed in advance before she went on her weekly drinking night outs with her friends.

Going inside the house, Billy gives Sandra a quick high five, as they weren't going out just yet anymore since Billy actually broke it up before Sandra could, since he didn't know how long everything was going to take at the Academy and didn't really want to have Sandra worry about him more than she did for her other friends... well, that and her mom's a bitch, and Billy really didn't want to **** that whole experience on her.

"I'm home!" Billy tried to yell out to his family as rock and roll was playing loudly in the house, a clear indication that A) his sister was doing something with her girlfriend, probably sex, but he has no real idea since they've been doing this since they were in middle school, and he's never been allowed to pass her door without facing her wrath! And B) His mother wasn't home yet since she absolutely hated anything both loud and rock and roll, why she hates it. Billy doesn't really have a clue since she has some t-shirts of some old rock and roll bands in her closet she saved even to this day!

Billy enters his room and sees Danni inside his room for some reason changing "OMG, GET OUT!" She screamed as she covered herself, which Billy didn't really feel anything for since he's known her for so long and at such a young age (which isn't even that young as he's two years older than his sister, who just turned 18 last year). "Yeah, no, this is my room, and tell my sister I'm home." Billy said as calmly as he could be as he grabbed all of Danni's stuff and tossed her outside his room like an annoyingly needy cat.

As Billy closes the door, he sees with his enhanced sight Danni flipped him off with her finger as part of her towel drops down, annoying Billy more than ever since he already knew he was going to get shit from his family for daring to look at a "poor defenseless girl" who was changing in his room of all places. And the reason why the poor and defenseless part was in quotation marks was because she was the reigning champion in too many to count fighting schools, so her being innocent or helpless was more of a joke than anyone calling his sister a saint.

Time out for Number 1! Aka Danni's point of view!

While Billy tired to relax in his room Danni was outside the door still sitting there grumpy, annoyed, and very confused as while she knew he viewed her as a sister, that didn't mean much of anything since he liked to take little glances of her body here and there throughout the years and while she's never told her girlfriend or their mother about this since she knew it was normal. Seeing him not even try to check her out after his visit kind of pissed her off more than it should since she got off on having both brother and sister lusting after her.

Walking to her girlfriends room Danni could have told Stephanie about what happened in her brothers room since there's no way she could hear anything over this music that neither of them really liked that much and the only reason Stephani did so was to annoy her mother and brother. "Hey what happened?" Stephanie said casually rubbing her girlfriend leg in a worried way "I thought the plan was make my brother look like a pervert even more than before so we could get him to buy us those tickets?"

Outwardly Danni just smiled at her girlfriend as she sighed on the inside since she wasn't that much a bitch to rat out her brother especially since he just got back, but even more so Danni was genuinely worried what Stephani was going to with Billy as she was heavily dependent on him for basically everything even if she would never admit it. I mean during the entire time her brother was gone the two basically had no money for anything and Stephani was too lazy to try and get some more and was rightly afraid enough of her mother to even dare think of stealing some cash from her.

"You're brothers home." Danni said as Stephanie gets a glitter and shine in her eye that made Danni jealous every time she saw it since she's never looked at her girlfriend that way and while Danni knows that was probably for the best she still couldn't help in wanting to monopolize everything Stephanie could give or make all for herself but before the Psycho bitch of a girlfriend she loved could move Dani placed her fingers on her mouth and playfully pushed her back on to the bed.

"But by the time I got to his room he had already closed the door." Danni said lying straight out of her mouth for one of the very few times she lies to Stephani as she just pouts acting all cute and shit causing Danni to pounce on her girlfriend in a playful way that eventually descends into full on sex as the two begin kissing one another as hot and passionate as either of them were ever going to go.

With one arm Danni was squeezing Stephanie's perfect (to her at least) ass Stephanie was returning the favor as she used both of her hands to grope and kneed Danni's breast for a good solid five minutes until they both got bored of trying to please the other and began stripping (or rather Danni helped strip Stephanie's clothes off) and once they were both properly nude they began doing scissoring each other with Danni doing most of the work as usual since Stephanie had basically no stamina for most if not all things thanks to the years of Billy basically being her ****.

The two girls moan and pant like cats in heat as they began rubbing each other as fast and as hard as they both could muster until eventually they were stopped by Stephanie's mother banging on the door as hard as she possibly could while most likely screaming at them to "TURN THAT SHIT OFF! I DON'T PAY GOOD MONEY IN MY OWN HOME TO BE LISTENING TO THIS SHIT ESPECIALLY RIGHT AFTER A NIGHT OUT!" The last part was debatable since the woman loved to drink whenever she could get away with it.

"I swear it's like that old hag has a sixth sense for this sort of thing!" Stephanie grumbled as she once again got the woman equivalent of being blue balled by her own mother for the millionth or so time and this probably wasn't an exaggeration either as she seemed to quite literally stop anyone in the house from climaxing whenever she was home like she could sense that shit.

Now back to Billy our regularly scheduled dumbass!

Billy just wakes up from his first-ever nap back home as his mother slams his door open and angrily throws all the random bits of mail he's gotten that she probably didn't steal for herself, along with actually taking things she wanted from them, since about half of the stuff she threw at him was open, and no one in the house knew where the fuck the mailbox was since they both swear the damn thing teleports and only their mom can find it.

"Go through your shit, be quiet, and if I hear a word from you for the rest of the night, I'm going to add that to your rent, mister!" His mother groaned as an obvious case of her being sober after a heavy bender last night. And just like that, Billy looked through whatever mail was left of his and logged into the official Junior Hero's website, as to be an actual hero, he needs some merit points, and what better way to get them than to stop crime.

Since that was what the website was mostly used for, even if it was made to deter kids and warn parents where crimes have been reported. Grabbing his track suit from high school, Billy exits the house and makes his way towards the abandoned warehouse that was glowing with the brightest flash of red he's ever seen in his life!

And when Billy gets there, it's no wonder, as the entire place is filled with either stolen or illegally made superpower vials, with most of the people there wearing some heavy armored gear along with guns that should only be used by those with great strength, as the recoil can quite literally kill a normal man.

Without waiting for help or backup from police or actual heroes, Billy dashes on into the building and begins taking pictures of everything he sees with the camera, off of course, as this wasn't his first time doing some dumb shit like this. However, what does surprise him is when a limo pulls up into the place, and from the fact that everyone doesn't even dare get close, Billy knows they were the boss.

Wanting to get closer for the perfect shot of the brains behind all this, Billy tries his best to get closer as he begins crawling underneath some of the spaces the pileup of boxes had made, with Billy having mini heart attacks every five seconds as he can only see better than most people, and he was very afraid they already found his ass but were keeping him alive like he was a mouse for these giant cats to play with.

Thankfully that wasn't the case, however, or it still could have been since it was hard to tell what with the place getting raided by cops and heroes all over the place, causing the people in the limo to speed off with Billy, maybe getting a look at whoever was inside, but even with his eyes, a second is still a second to look at someone.

Not wanting to be thrown in jail and possibly getting turned into a state helper like his cousin Billy Bob, normal Billy rolls out of the docks quite literally as best he could until he finally managed to get outside and once he did one of their boxes landed right next to his head and from the looks of the vial and label on the casing, Billy knew what it was and had to make a choice either take the serum or let it go.
