Chapter 6

After the surgery
Bill has changed some more
Bill sighed as she made her way into the bathroom to relieve herself after the surgery. She started toward the stall but froze as she saw herself in one of the mirrors. With a gasp, she got closer to take in what she was seeing.
Somehow, her hair had grown and was now down to the middle of her neck. Her face was clearly more feminine, and... was she wearing makeup? A closer look confirmed that, and as her eyes drifted further down she confirmed something else. Her breasts were larger. Much larger. They had been B-cups this morning, and now she knew, somehow, that they were D's. And her top, the kind Dr. Mark liked the nurses wearing, showed plenty of them off.
Looking further down, she could see how her pants clung to her ass, and she was sure she could have a camel toe if she wasn't wearing panties.
"What the hell? What happened to me?" she asked, freezing again as she realized that even her voice had changed. It was higher, now. She stared at her reflection for another few moments before tearing herself away and finally relieving herself.
She left the bathroom and started back toward her office, only to run into Dr. Mark again. "Billie, excellent work in the surgery. I wanted to say so before you scampered off."
"Oh, um, thank you Dr. Mark. I had to run to the bathroom."
"Of course. Well, feel free to take a little break before you head back to the front."
"The... front?" Billie asked. She had a moment where she realized that she started thinking of herself as 'Billie', the name just feeling right, somehow. She shook it off. "Um, I was actually going to head back to my office, get caught back up."
"Your office?" Dr. Mark asked, seeming like he was genuinely confused. It seemed to dawn on him what she meant, and he chuckled. "Oh, right, of course." He paused, seeming to consider for a moment. "Well, as I said, we're a bit light today. And you know Cindy. Not the brightest bulb... Since your schedule's still light, think you could keep helping her out today?"
Billie opened her mouth to argue. The truth was, she was scared to go along with that. Something had changed her more, and she couldn't rule out that it was playing the role of a nurse. He was treating her like one, after all. There had to be some connection. If she kept going along with it, what would that do to her?
Does Billie do as Dr. Mark asks?
