Bellatrix Lestrange is perhaps the most insane of even the pureblood families. Her sweep of curly black hair is iconic, and her gaunt face shifts frighteningly fast between mad cackling and serving hatred. Her contempt for muggles and other so called lessers is extreme, and she revels in the suffering of those who dare taint her with their presence. As a particularly high ranking death eater she is feared and reviled by anyone with a hint of good in them. She is truly evil, but also kinda hot?
