Suddenly, a voice in my head told me that things had gone too far in this direction. I pulled my hand free from Miranda's, and set both of my arms down at my sides.

I then stepped out of the shower.

Since I am physically almost equal to my status amongst those on this trip, it was a few seconds before the veteran realized that I was no longer attached to her magnetically-attractive body.

When she did, she stared at me silently.

"Miranda, I'm making a choice for myself. Kate and I are new to this, but you're a voluptuous, voracious veteran. I don't know if you can wait for me, or if you'd rather find someone else to kill the time with. Either way, I have decided that we're going to start with only each other."
