Chapter 4 by Polar_Lime Polar_Lime

Time for lift-off?

Beam me up Sparky

Ava always wondered where GDF's funding came from, but just realized she never asked. Of course this was one of many thoughts in her head as she strapped into the GDF's SI-15, one of three space ships at the GDF's disposal. The SI-15 was part warship, part escort vessel. If Ava and Spark had to destroy the space-station or needed to bring on the whole crew, they could do either with ease.

"Shields are good. Engines at full capacity. Looking good for launch. ETA 1 hour. Vamos muchacha!" declared Spark as she pressed multiple illuminated buttons to her left while slowly pulling back on the steering wheel. Ava as the co-pilot checked a few more gauges then sat back for lift-off. She heard the roar of the engines and felt her body began to gently shake, suddenly being reminded how tight the official GDF spacesuit was as her breasts began to jiggle. She crossed her arms and looked out the window. Her view suddenly changed from the GDF hanger, to a mountain range, and then blue skies getting darker and darker as they ascended into the heavens.

Sensing the change in altitude, Ava's helmet suddenly appeared from her neck, completely protecting her from the lack of air. Not only did the suit reveal every curve, it also was also a technological marvel, adjusting to the elements within seconds. Through the light blue visor, Ava began checking the radar checking the distance between them and the space station. "Looks like we're getting close. The space-station isn't moving too fast so we'll be able to dock easily," Ava reported.

"Bueno. I'll start th-" a faint beep cut into Spark's reply. "Hmm, looks like we have multiple lifeforms on board. At least one more signal than the number of crew members listed on the dossier, so we might run into some interference."

"Well that's good," Ava said as she pressed the safety button on her space **** rifle which resulting in a blue glow at the muzzle, "because I want to make sure I'm not getting rusty with these."

Spark carefully guided the SI-15's side door to the space-station's docking area. The ship echoed with metallic thuds as the docking system interlocked with the SI-15's. Spark readied her space **** rifle and stood right next to Ava, ready for whoever or whatever was waiting for them on the other side of the door.

What's waiting for our heroines?
