Bathroom

She pulls you into the bathroom.

“Look.” She points at the mirror.

Your eye is healed and both are glowing red. Your skin is crimson and flawless except for three long scares run down your face. Rather than disfiguring, they look almost…sexy. A pair of four inch onyx horns protrude from just above your hairline.

“You look lovely, sister.”

“Lucretia, sister. Can you hear them?”

You listen. You hear the murmur of millions of voices. You focus on the closer ones. “…bitch slept with my best friend…bastard stole my money…he’s been cheating on me with who?”
