Banishment

"Lord Stark, you are hereby banished from the Kingdom of Westeros on pain of death. Uncle, see the wretch onto a ship out of here as quickly as possible."

Eddard closed his eyes, feeling the world crush him under it's weight. "What of my daughters, my family your grace?"

"Your son will rule the North if he will be a nice little wolf, as for your daughters. They'll keep me company for awhile. Just in case I grow bored."

Joffrey's crotch began to swell as malicious thoughts swirled in his young head, but Eddard could do nothing as he was dragged away to an awaiting cell.
