Bald

Wheel stopped at the worst possible thing. I couldn't even imagine how funny would I look with... without my hair. I already saw my parents opening door and at first sight laughing.

"Our Rebecca will become bald for rest of her life. Such a shame she will lose her beautiful dark hair. Let's hope her new look will fit her better." said moderator and pointed on modification booth. "Please, Rebecca, step into booth. Soon all your worries about losing hair will be forever gone."

Those humiliating words made me angrier by every second, but I did as he said. I stepped into booth and closed my eyes. I couldn't believe it was really happening. With my closed eyes I only felt small heat from lasers on my scalp and hair falling on my shoulders. Tears began to run down. Soon it was over and I came out of booth soaked by tears and bald. I looked in the mirror and saw that my beautiful hair were all gone. Gone forever. Even tho I lost them, I stopped crying. Why? It was hard to believe but with bald head I looked... better?

"Look at her! What a beauty! She is even hotter without her hair then with them!" Not gonna lie, the moderator was slowly pissing me of and I wanted to punch him in face. "Do you like your new look?" he asked.

"Maybe you won't believe me, but yes, I actually do." I answered, being really proud of what I said.

"That's totally great! With that we should continue, am I right? Or do you want to go home even tho you actually like your change?"

I had to make quick decision and then I made it.
