Chapter 43
What's next?
Athena's Potions and Alchemical Supplies
Athena's shop was even more cluttered as the last time Anna had seen it. As she passed the threshold inside she nearly knocked over a glass jar. The room was full of all manner of potions, potion making supplies, bubbling pots, herbs, powders and the air was thick with different scents.
"Anna!" The catfolk alchemist sprang out from behind a set of shelves full of different colour crystals.
"Oh! Hello Athena." Anna smiled, surprised the woman had remembered her name.

"What can I do you for?" Athena's smile beamed from cat ear to cat ear. The alchemist was wearing the same outfit as last time, fully dressed in brass protective equipment that was permanently covered in a layer of ash.
"I need..." Anna wasn't sure quite how to say this, "I had sex last night, do you have anything that could stop me getting pregnant?"
Slightly uncomfortably the catfolk's grin just got wider, "Oh do I? I've got just the thing for you honey." Athena pulled two bottles off the shelf, one dark green the other pink with a label of an egg on it. "So we have the boring option," she indicated the green bottle, "annnd we have the fun option!" Athena uncorked the pink bottle and sniffed it's insides happily. A scent of roses filled the room.
"Er what's the difference?"
"The green one will do what you want and will cost you a gold piece. You might get a light headache but nooo baby. The pink one, well it will give you a fun time, and you make me one of these." The catfolk pulled a large egg out from behind the counter, it was just a bit larger than a chickens. "You're hot so if you let me watch I'll give you it for free." She winked seductively at Anna.
Green or Pink?
