At the entrance to the park

More crowded than any other place in the park, the entrance was deemed the perfect spot for a mascot to stand. From inside the suit, Mackenzie would have said otherwise; it was almost impossible to see where she was going, bumping into and getting jostled around by the park goers. By the time she made it to her spot, in front of the fountain past the main gates, she wouldn't have been surprised to find some black-and-blue under the black fur of the suit!

From there, things progressed more or less normally- most people passed by, and every so often a group would stop and get their picture taken. Mackenzie tries to entertain, bobbing her head and waving her arms, acting as silly and animated as she could from inside the furnace her employers called a costume.

All in all though, things weren't worse than any other day of mascot duty. Of course, that was until...
