Helen pulled up to the house where there was already cars in the driveway. “It seems that you’re the last one to arrive,” Helen said.
Alexa shrugged and climbed out of the car and headed for the door. “Bye, mom. I’ll see you later.”
Helen waved goodbye and then drove off. Alexa gulped knowing that she was committed now as she approached the door and rang the doorbell.
