At Gary's...

Gary sat on his couch as he thought back to everything that Sakura had told him. Did Mei really like him in that way? Would she even consider him an option out of all the guys from the 1980s?

Suddenly, a knock at the door jolted him out of his thoughts. Looking towards to door, he called out, "Who is it?"

"Dude! Open up!"

Hearing the distress in Stan's voice, Gary immediately got up from his seat and raced to his door, unlocking and opening the door to allow Stan and Mei in.

"Gary!" Mei shouted in excitement as she bounded up to the young man in a naked hug. "I missed you!"

"You... You did?" Gary stammered, feeling his cheeks heat up.

"Yeah!" Mei replied. "And guess what?! I was in an actual 1980s car chase! A car chase, Gary!"

"Car chase?!" Gary shouted, looking over to Stan in surprise.

"Long story." Stan replied with a sigh. Just then, another knock at the door made him jump. "Oh, crap! It's The Fuzz!"

"Gary! Open up right now! I know you're in there!"

"No. It's worse." Gary groaned, recognizing the voice. "It's my annoying, noesy neighbor, Lin."

"Oh, she sounds nice." Mei said, despite the consisted pounding on the door.

"Trust me, she's really not. We gotta hide you, or she'll call the police." Gary whispered as he pushed the naked future girl into his room. He then looked over his shoulder and shouted, "Just a second, Lin!"

Gary closed his bedroom door enough to allow Mei to peek out before turning to Stan and mouthing out 'Open the door'. Stan nodded as he did so, allowing a chubby, young Asian-American woman to march inside with a scowl on her face.

"Alright! Where is she, you pigs!" Lin shouted, looking around the apartment as Stan closed the door.

"Uh, who?" Gary lied as he walked forward.

"Don't 'who' me, pal!" Lin shouted as she poked Gary in the chest. "I saw you two bring a naked woman in here! Did you kidnap someone?! Did you hire from some pimp?! Who is she?! Do I need to call the landlord and the cops?!"

As Lin interrogated Gary, Mei looked over the angry 1980s woman. The future girl had no idea why, but something about Lin was familiar. Almost as if she had seen Lin somewhere before. Of course, that was impossible! Lin was from the 1980s and she was from one hundred years in the future; there was no way that Lin would've been someone she'd seen before.

Unless...

"Sakura." Mei whispered, getting the attention of the AI. "Can you pull up my my family history from 2080 to right now?"

"Right away."

Within half a second, the AI pulled up what Mei asked for. The future girl gasped in shock as she saw that, sure enough, Lin was one of her ancestors from the 1980s!

But that didn't shock her nearly half as much as who the father of her next direct ancestor was!
