"Ah, no. I'm actually looking to see if I could apply to pick up jobs." You ask, turning to meet her gaze after letting your eyes wander just a bit.

"Oh, really? Well, It's not very common for a human to ask to take jobs.. But I don't think there's an actual rule against it." She thinks out loud, the woman perking his feline-esque ears at you. "But, please be careful, sir. I don't doubt your ability to handle yourself, of course, but the quests given here can be quite difficult!" She turns your attention to the board across from the both of you. "But you're more than welcome to try and take any of them. I'm sure a party would also be glad to have you, even on short notice if you wish for a bit of support!" She continues, ushering you to read from the available quests. Letting you read some of the quests as an example.

"We also have some more mondain tasks you can take, such as cleaning jobs and manual labour. They're over on the board in the corner. But I'm sure you're not interested in things of that nature, so don't worry about it. The main action takes place on the quest board.
