Around the house

Rachel wanted to look around the house first. She had to make a thorough report about the structural integrity of this property. The billionaire wants to restore the property not destroy it. He is not interested in the land only the mansion. She began looking at the house using her cell for lights. She took some notes about the damage on the property she was seeing. In general, the foundation was strong and the wall seems straight. The only damage she could see was almost only cosmetic, with the exception of a few broken windows, wooden tiles, and the likes.
