Chapter 4 by Goblinlover95 Goblinlover95

What did they questioned Galarth about?

Are there more goblins with you?

"Alright, tell me, Greenskin, are there any more Goblins nearby? I know your kind usually work on gangs" Siegfried questioned Galarth. He didn't want to talk to him; he was mean and scary, but he was afraid of what he would do to him if he didn't answer.

"No, I'm alone" Galarth said sincerely. Still, Siegfried wasn't so sure about that "there were 3 other goblins that were captured today who robbed a noble's carriage, are we supposed to believe that you and him had no relations when you appear the same day?" he revealed, Galarth did in fact knew nothing about that but considering that it was rare for goblins to get near civilization, so it was hard to believe that 2 different goblin parties would show up to cause trouble on the same town on the same day.

"We could bring her with us to the other captured goblins; their reactions could help us determine if she's truly on her own or if she belongs to their gang" Kent pointed out.

"That's a good point, let's take this thing with the other green rats," Siegfried said.

They took Galarth and led him to a cell where 3 male goblins were locked up. One was pretty short, all goblins are short, but this one in particular was tiny; even by goblin standards, like 10 inches smaller than average, he was running around the cell anxiously, clearly not taking captivity well. Another fat and round one that was sleeping lazily on the ground, and another, a bit taller than the usual goblin, for like 5 inches, and he was pretty skinny, he was sitting down in the ground messing with some little stones on the ground to try to entertein himself somehow they were dressed but in nothing more than rags held together by ropes.

"Alright, green-skinned rat, does any of you know this whore?" Siegfried said, shoving the goblin girl against the bars of the cell so that they could see her better, but mostly because he liked shoving around filthy pests like her.

The skinny and tall goblin looked up, and after some minutes checking her out, he concluded, "Never seen her before," and then went back to playing with the dirty floor.

Not that they didn't consider the possibility of them lying, but their huge lack of interest that didn't seem fake at all made it unlikely that it was "alright, you seem to have gotten lucky this time bitch, we can't accuse you of more than public indecency and disturbing the peace, but trust me, I'll make sure you get as punished as possible for your crimes" Siegfried told Gallarth, not wanting the little goblin to feel too comfortable and start thinking she was off the hook already.

"What we'll do is make sure she gets a fair trial, as anyone deserves; her punishment should be reasonable to the crime," Kent responded, taking Gallarth away from him.

Siegfried hated his partner's compassion for filthy green skins, but he also didn't care enough about an already captured goblin to argue the point: "Whatever, just shove her into the cell and let's get back to patrol." He said in an exasperated tone, wanting to get away from the filthy creatures as soon as possible

Kent got to one knee so he could more easily remove the shackles from Galarth and then opened the cell, keeping his lance at the ready if any of the goblins already inside tried to escape, the smaller one seemed to almost try to but he stop on his tracks as he notice the drawn weapon, Gallarth didn't wanted any more troubles so she resignated herself to enter the cell, even if she was nervious to be there with actual real goblins, on a female body and with nothing to cover but a borrowed cape.

"I'll bring real clothing for you as soon as possible, hold on to my cape till then" The kind knight said even petting her before leaving, to reassure her and because he appreciated that she didn't put any resistence, Galarth felt condescended about being treated like a pet or child but Kent gentleness was the only good thing he had going for him ever since he turned into a goblin so he didn't complain.

As the guards left, leaving the goblin prisoners alone, Galarth sat down on the ground on the edge next to the bars, not wanting to stay anywhere where she wouldn't be able to see any of the other goblins come to her.

And it didn't take long after the guards left till the tall and skinny goblin approached Gallarth

What did he told Gallarth?
