Aranea Experimentum1

This large experimental spider is an artificial deviation created by Project Ichor of the Aranea Spina created by humans. It's intelligence and psychic ability along with it's brain size is dramatically increased, causing it to be significantly more vulnerable to damage, distending it's head.

It controls a host by hooking itself on the human's back and linking up psychically to the human's mind, preserving their original identity and memories, now in servitude to the spider. Unlike similar species it can actually unhook itself from its host whilst remaining control.

It can turn their hosts eyes multiple colours including a dull gold and lime green. It can also access all its host's knowledge and memory.
