Approve, Nervously

"Well... if it's just serving drinks, I guess that's okay. One condition though." I say, as seriously as I can manage.

"Yay!", she exclaims, "What's the condition, baby? Anything that makes you feel better."

"If you're working at a strip-club, I want to be able to visit you sometimes. I want to make sure you're safe." I reply.

"You just want to look at other naked girls!" she jokes, sticking her tongue out mockingly, "But yes, baby, of course. The lady on the phone did say that I can't bring boyfriends or husbands in or anything, since guys show up and start trouble, but what they don't know won't hurt them, I suppose."

Well, that's not the most reassuring thing I've ever heard, but it does make sense. I can imagine that significant others showing up to see their wife or girlfriend stripping would be a serious problem at such an establishment. Still, like she said, it's not like they'd know who I was unless we told them.

"Well, did they give you a time for an interview or anything?" I ask, still nervous about the prospect of her working at a gentlemen's club.

"Tomorrow! Thank you, baby! I promise it'll be worth it. Plus, I can sneak you drinks, too!" Cassandra says, excitedly bouncing with glee at my approval.

I'm hoping this will work out for us. I do not like the idea, considering my girlfriend will likely be one of the, if not the, best looking girls at the establishment. Still, I know that would mean she'd be making tons of money in tips, and the base pay is pretty good for the area as well. Beyond all that, if it isn't safe, or if she doesn't like it, we can always try another option to get more money rolling in.

We spend the rest of the evening setting up the TV, talking about school, and joking about strip-clubs. I try my best to hide my nervousness, and a bit of jealousy. We hit the sack, both exhausted from our previous sexual encounter and all the hustle and bustle from our first day together at our new apartment.
