Aoi, 19, Class 2-A

Aoi frowns when she sees her Maths teacher walk into the classroom. Her outfit is even more slutty than the teacher she saw walking by in the corridor before class. Her pencil skirt is so ridiculously short that it barely covers her hips or thighs at all, and her white blouse is so thin that the pink hue of her bra can easily be made out from underneath. And her pantyhose are rather sheer - anyone who saw her walking up some stairs, or sitting down with her legs open, would probably get a full clear eyeful of her panties.

Most perplexingly of all, she doesn't seem comfortable in these clothes at all. Every few seconds she's trying in vain to pull her skirt down to cover the entirety of her butt cheeks. But the waist section is so narrow and tight, and the length of the garment is so short, that it just won't budge more than an inch. An inch that immediately rides back up as soon as she lets go of the hem.

All this was bad enough, but what happened next was completely unfathomable.

One of the boys, Goro, struts up to the front while clearly checking out the teacher.

"Wow, your outfit is really sexy, Miss." He says, unashamedly.

"Um, thank you, Goro." The teacher says bashfully.

Any sane woman in a position of authority would have snapped at him to never speak like that to her again. But if anything, she just encouraged him.

"Your skirt is so short." Goro continues. "I can probably see your panties if I..."

Goro crouches down low and looks up her skirt.

"Yep, I can see your panties from here. They're pretty small and sexy. Are you hoping to get laid today, Miss?"

Several of the other students, both boys and girls, **** with shock at how forward and inappropriate he's being.

"This... This is just the type of underwear I wear." The teacher is turning bright red, and desperately trying to pull down her skirt, but she seems to be unable or unwilling to tell Goro to go to hell.

"Miss, you can't let him speak to you like that!" Aoi blurts out.

"Now now, settle down Aoi." The teacher warns. "I'll handle Goro, and you keep your, err, whore mouth shut."

Aoi gasps at being spoken to that way. But before she can work out what to say next, the teacher speaks again.

"I would strongly recommend heeding my warnings, and all the teachers' warnings, from now on." Her voice has taken on a darker tone.

"In fact, this is a good reminder that I am to let you all know of an important new academy policy. This rule is being established... To avoid people making a mockery of the academy rules and behavioral guidelines. This rule has already applied to staff for a while, but now applies to students too. There are serious, long term punishments for breaking important rules. And one of these important rules, is that you are not allowed to quit the academy until you graduate. If you break this rule, you will be punished appropriately, if you are found. And also... The person whose name comes after you in the register will also be punished in the same manner. So you not only ruin your own chances of a happy gradutation, but one of your peers's chances, too."

A concerned rumbling of murmurs fills the classroom, and several hands go in the air.

"I will not be taking questions at this time. Please turn to page 34 in your text books."
