Anny watched as Batman started to run from her, most likely looking for some advantage over her. But she was the one with the multipowered ring which had no weaknesses. But once she caught him, how could she convince him to obey her? How could she control him? He was one of the most iron willed members of the JLA.

'The Ring!' She thought, 'I just have to look up on the ring the powers I could use to control people. Perhaps there is some kind of hypno beam in the ring that could help me with taking charge." She concentrated on the ring. And it turned out there was a power to use a hypno light show that could convince anyone to do anything, even things against their morals.
