Julia stretched into the downward dog position, enjoying the moments of peace that yoga with Elizabeth afforded her.
"How was your first date with Hakeem?" Elizabeth asked curiously.
"He was ... oh, Elizabeth, he was something else," Julia gushed. Elizabeth smiled thinly.
"I bet. All the powerful and vigor you need ... with plenty of maturity and inner peace, hm?"
"Oh, yes. Ummm ... how did it feel, converting?" Elizabeth stretched out. She was very pregnant. She used to touch her toes, no sweat. She'd be glad to give birth.
"It was ... Islam means surrender, you know. You surrender when you're ready. When your soul and mind and heart are at peace. When you read the words and know they are the truth. That there is the Prophet, and no others. Why?"
"Oh ... no reason," Julia said, quickly pivoting to a different subject. Elizabeth just smirked, and continued her own routine.
