Who Found The Rulebook?

I read the book carefully over and over and thought real hard about how i could make my fantasies come to life. I picked up the book and wrote:

New rule: The police have the power to strip search anyone at any time or place, regardless of gender. Grounds for a search are “if an officer feels the person is acting in a threatening way and needs to make sure they dont have any or anything illegal on their person. The officer has complete authority to search the person as thoroughly as they wish.” People will never get used to this. Each and every time they will be completely shocked and mortified the whole way through.

I smiled and left my house, excited for the day.
