Andrew nodded and Lilith huffed. "We've been over this, Andrew. Maria is an improvement over a human woman in every way. In fact, if you want her to be jealous so badly, just modify her! Or are you still refusing to do even that? You know what, this bores me. Tell me about the other woman."

"How do you know there's another woman?" Andrew asked.

Lilith took his hand in her and began to run her fingers along his forearm. "How else would the conversation arise? She must be quite the bird to tempt you away from all this. How did you two meet?"
