An offer of Immortality

As I stirred the following morning, I realized that the evens of last night where not a dream despite how amazing they where. I had come to capture a supervillian only to be rescued by the secret superhero, Count. We then made love throughout the night and now I was waking up with his arm wrapped protectively around my waist, laying naked under silk sheets in what I assume is his lair. I was facing my new vampiric lover but as I looked upon his still sleeping form, I realized something was different. Though he was no less handsome, his pale skin had turned a juicy tan and his hair had become a luscious black. What had happened to him.

His eyes fluttered open and he smiled at me. I noticed his canines where normal too. "Good morning my love", he said as he kissed me. I felt the same spark from last night so I was sure it was in fact that The Count. As the kiss broke I ran my hands over his body and fingered his hair. "What happened to you?" I said referring to his appearence. "Oh, this is what I look like during the day. I'm only a vampire at night." "Interesting." I said as I touched his member, which instantly became erect. He laughed and took my hand away from his hardon. "Easy there love." I giggled. "Sorry, I was just curious if it got smaller." He laughed. "You're a interesting one Nova Girl." He kissed me again. I could get use to this.

After we seperated he looked me in the eye again. "Did you enjoy last night love?" He asked. "Oh my god, it was the greatest night I have ever had. No wonder every woman on earth wants to have sex with a vampire." He laughed. "You where rather amazing too. You completely wore me out. It takes a true goddess to do that to a vampire." I blushed. "Glad I could please you Count....." He smiled before reaching up and pulling his mask off. GIving his hair a shake, he looked at me with a smile. "Called me Edward Lagosi." I smiled as I pulled my mask off too. "Veronica James." "The famous fashion designer? No wonder you look so good in that costume." "Well you are a famous actor. No wonder you make such a sexy vampire." He got up out of the bed and helped me out too. "How bout we have some breakfast and then a tour of my Castle?" "SOund great but do you have something I can wear? Or would you rather I put the costume back on?" He laughed and lead me to a closet and turned the light on. Inside was a collection of the most beautiful dresses I had ever seen. I raised an eyebrow at Edward. "Why do you have these?" He laughed. "Just pick something my love. Unless you'd rather remain naked." I walked into the closet wiggling my butt as I did. "Oh, you would like that would you."

I ended up picking out a lovely blue dress with an open back. Once I was dressed, I latched on to Edward's arm who was already in a more casual attire that looked no less regal. After having breakfast, he showed me around his castle. I noticed that all the people working in the castle where tastefully dressed women. I asked Edward if he liked to hire pretty and he admitted to such. He was quick to say though that for his women, he likes beautiful.

The castle was so large the tour ate up the whole day. By the time we where finished, we standing attop a tower, watching the sunset over the city. Edward had his arm around me and I was resting my head on his shoulder. As the last rays of light disappeared over the city, Edward took a step backwards. I looked at him in confusion but then realized why. As the moonlight moved over his body, his skin slowly turned pale his his hair shimmered back to the plantinum light it was when we meant last night. I stood at him in awe. He was so gorgous.

"So which do you prefer my love?" I ran into his arms and snuggled into his chest. "It doesn't matter. I love all of you." I kissed him again and I realize what I had just said. But I didn't care. I was in love with him. As we pulled away he looked at me with a serious look. He then took a step back and kneeled before me. "I know we just meant Veronica James but I do believe this is true love." He pulled out a box and opened it. I gasped as gazed upon a beautiful silver ring with a blood red ruby. "Edward.....I don't know what to say.....but can we really be together? I mean, I am mortal. You're an ageless vampire." "I can make you a vampire. We can be together for all of eternaty." He raised the ring toward me. "Veronica James....will you be my vampire bride?" This was amazing. THe man of my dreams was asking me to marry him. But this was happening so fast and I wasn't sure how I felt about becoming a vampire. DId I really want this?
