He placed his fangs on my neck. Figuring he was waiting for permission, I nodded. I felt his fangs plung into my neck. As he said it hurt but as he begain to drink my blood, pain turned to pleasure. I felt my whole body tingle, with it growing stronger as he continued. I screamed as if I had just climaxed and with that, Edward pulled away.

I looked down at myself and realized that my skin had turned pale. Pulling out my makeup compact, I saw that my hair had turned silver too. I looked back at Edward who was smiling at me. "It looks good on me." I smiled and ran to him as he kissed me. After pulling away, he raised the ring which I allowed him to place on my finger. As I looked at it, I couldn't be happier. "Thank you Veronica James." Edward said. I looked at him and shook my head. "No. Veronica Lagosi." He smiled at me, running his hand through my new silver hair.
