Chapter 5

What's next?
An intense ride
The distance to the I/O Tower was vast, a sprawling ocean of gridlines and abysses. Walking would take cycles we didn't have.
I scanned the environment. A data stream flowed nearby, acting as a highway for data packets.
"We need transport," I said.
I reached out, interacting with the raw code of the world. My user signature flared white. I visualized the concept of speed. The system responded, compiling pixels and light into a solid form.
A Light Cycle materialized.
It wasn't the standard issue. It was jet black, sleek, and low to the ground, with a canopy of dark glass and wheels that hummed with contained energy. It looked like a predator crouching.
"Get on," I ordered.
I swung a leg over the machine, settling into the pilot's seat. It **** me into a forward-leaning position, almost lying down, merged with the machine.
Aerith hesitated. "There's only one seat."
"You'll manage, princess."
She stepped forward, placing her hands on my shoulders. She swung her leg over, straddling the bike behind me. She had to lean forward completely, pressing her chest flat against my back, her arms wrapping tight around my waist, her hands clasping on my stomach.
The contact was instant and electric. Her suit hummed against mine. I could feel the softness of her breasts crushed against my armor, the heat of her inner thighs gripping my hips.
"Hold tight," I warned. "The physics here are unforgiving."
I revved the engine. It didn't roar; it screamed, a high-pitched turbine whine that vibrated through the chassis and straight into our bodies.
Aerith gasped, her grip tightening. "That... that vibrates."
"It's a lot of power," I said.
I launched us.
The acceleration was instantaneous. We went from zero to Mach speed in a heartbeat. The neon city blurred into streaks of light. The wind—digital wind—roared over the canopy.
We tore through the canyon. I banked hard left, the bike practically horizontal, defying gravity on a curved wall of code. Aerith let out a sharp cry, burying her face into my upper back. She wasn't scared; she was exhilarated. The adrenaline of the speed mixed with the intense vibration of the bike was overloading her senses.
I could feel her heart pounding against my spine. I could feel her breath hot on my skin.
"Doing okay back there?" I shouted over the wind.
"I... I think so!" she yelled back. "It feels... intense! Every bump... every turn... I feel it inside!"
"That's the interface," I explained, swerving to avoid a firewall barrier. "The suit translates data into sensation. Right now, you're processing pure velocity."
We hit a straightaway. I pushed the throttle to the max. The engine whined louder, the vibration increasing to a pleasurable, numbing hum.
Aerith was squirming against my back. She was rubbing her pelvis against the base of my spine, unconsciously seeking friction against the vibration. Her breathing was getting ragged.
" Ray..." she breathed into my ear, her voice distorted by the speed. "We need to... stop. Just for a second."
I saw a secluded alcove ahead, a buffer zone, shielded from the main data stream. I pulled the bike in, drifting sideways to a halt.
The sudden stop was jarring. The silence rushed back in.
I didn't turn off the bike. I left it idling, the engine thrumming beneath us, a steady, powerful pulse.
Aerith didn't let go. She stayed pressed against my back, her forehead resting on my shoulder. She was trembling.
"You okay?" I asked, looking back.
She lifted her head. Her face was flushed, her green eyes bright and dilated. The pink lines on her suit were pulsing rapidly.
"The suit," she whispered. "It connects to the nervous system. The vibration... the adrenaline... it's not just data. It feels like..."
"Like arousal?" I finished for her.
She bit her lip, looking ashamed and thrilled all at once. "Yes."
I turned off the engine. The vibration stopped, leaving a sudden, aching void.
"Get off," I said softly.
Aerith climbed off the bike, her legs unsteady. She stood on the glass floor, breathing hard. The bodysuit left absolutely nothing to the imagination. I could see her nipples straining against the pink material, hard from the stimulation. I could see the flush on her chest.
I dismounted and stood before her.
"The Datascape strips away the lies, Aerith," I said, stepping into her personal space. "Up there, you're the Princess. You're the Healer. You have to be pure."
I reached out and ran my gloved hand down the side of her arm, tracing a glowing circuit line.
"But down here..." I moved my hand to her waist, pulling her closer. "...you're just a user. Just a woman responding to input."
"It's too much," she confessed, her voice shaking. "I can't hide anything here. You can see right through me."
"I like what I see."
I looked down at the interface port on her chest, a small, glowing circle right over her heart.
"This world is built on exchange," I murmured. "Input. Output. Upload. Download."
I pressed my hand over the glowing circle on her chest.
"I want to upload a new command."
Aerith looked up at me, her defenses completely shattered by the ride and the raw honesty of the digital world.
"What command?" she whispered.
"Submission."
I leaned down and captured her lips.
It wasn't a soft kiss. It was digital fire. In this world, the sensation of touch was amplified tenfold. The moment our lips met, a shockwave of pleasure ran through both of us. It was like sticking a fork in a socket, but the electricity was pure desire.
Aerith gasped into my mouth, her knees buckling. She grabbed my armor to hold herself up.
I moved my hand down her back, over the smooth, synthetic material of the suit, and cupped her ass. The feedback was instant. I could feel the heat of her skin through the suit, and she could feel the strength of my grip as if I were touching her bare flesh.
"Input received," she moaned against my lips.
I broke the kiss, looking down at her dazed expression.
"We have a tower to climb," I said, my voice rough. "But first, I need to make sure your system is fully calibrated to mine."
I pushed her backward until her back hit the side of the sleek black Light Cycle. I lifted her onto the chassis.
"Spread your legs," I ordered. "Let's check your ports."
