She is being blackmailed. To save her career and reputation she must complete a set of tasks.

Task one: Call a customer service line and be speaking to a human within 5 minutes. You must be stood at your window, naked, and cannot move from that spot until the task is complete. Covering means you fails. Close any blinds, you fail. Try to call for help, you fail.
