An engagement

“I’m moving in with Mr. George Belmont.”

The security guard looked you over.

“I’m sorry… hold on a second.”

He walked back into the booth and called his boss.

You can’t exactly hear what he’s saying.

“Alright… he is house 24. Congratulations on your engagement.”

You nod and say thank you.

“Um… I should point out that the specialist you need to see is on vacation this week.”

“That’s alright.” You say.

You drive up to your new home. On the door is a note.

“Dear Cupcake. I have a business meeting a few hours away. I will be home around 8 PM. Please have yourself ready for me then.”

You smile and being moving your things into the house with the key he mailed you.

You looked at yourself in the mirror and began to remove your male clothes for the last time ever. You took your shirt, pants, underwear, socks and shoes and placed them in the trash.

Inside the bedroom, on a stand, was the most perfect housewife outfit. On the dresser was a large bouffant wig. Next to that was a vanity with makeup and jewelry.

You smiled and began getting ready.
