An accident

So... I might have woken up in the morning and made a dumb wish... I might have -accidentally- made a wish that was too big... I had wished to have a huge muscled body, with a bunch of specifics attached and my head responded with feeling like it was gonna split open, all the way until I collapsed and blacked out.

Waking up after having been knocked out, to actually FEEL like you've lost intellect is a HELL of a depressing feeling. Thankfully I knew what I needed to do though, I started wishing slowly, in small amounts. "I wish I healed 1% faster." I started there thinking that it would let me make small wishes faster, with my headaches going away faster it was working at least a little. "I wish I healed 1% better." This wish I realized was helping my body VERY slightly to heal from issues I had been having, medical problems were slowly starting to vanish, my eyesight was improving, hell after awhile I even went for a run and found that with each wish I was able to run for longer before feeling winded.

I got through the morning and afternoon, spending most of that time either trying to work out bit by bit to test where my limits were at, or trying to see how fast I could recover from exhaustion. Since there was no school today thankfully I spent about 6 hours of work on this, before finally I moved on to wishing my mind better. "I wish I was 1% smarter." While it was a basic as hell wish it did improve my minds functions, I found it easier to remember things, to think better, I found myself with new idea's as I found myself wishing more and more through out the day. I kept wishing with my mind pure improvements to it's workings or my body when I wanted the healing to work faster or essentially regenerate my body into a stronger state. All the way until dinner time rolled around and I decided to see if my power could effect other things besides myself, now that I felt I was a bit stronger to possibly handle it.

I did something I hoped would be small, took a 1$ bill and well... "I wish this was a 100$ bill." I watched as it changed, a bright light shining around it as I suddenly felt VERY glad that my windows were all closed and I had nothing with a camera in it currently out. Sure enough though it changed, a 100$ bill sitting in my hand as my jaw fell from feeling almost NO head pain at all. Was it really so easy to alter it like this? Was it because I was altering something physical instead of wishing something into existence? I assumed that was what it was, I paid the person with big bill and ate my pizza before starting to get ready for bed. So far this had been a VERY productive day, but now I was gonna try that last wish in a different way. "I wish 100$ bills appeared in my couch whenever I went looking." Sure enough, I went looking and despite a bitch of a headache sprouting up and quickly starting to slowly ebb away? I pulled out one bill after another, endlessly for the next few minutes. The wish was working, better still it wasn't hurting me EVERY time I went into the couch, it appeared that wishing for it once was enough for it to become a fixed event. Would it change when I had to get a new couch? Would it change if I had to move? Questions that could be answered later. With a power like this I wouldn't even NEED the scholarship if I wanted to go to school somewhere else, and bills were hardly a worry now too! This was great!

Before I went to bed though I made one last wish, a wish to know a small list of names of people, the kind of people that could come after me if they learned of my power. Names appeared in my mind along with a slowly growing headache before it finished. Names that would try to recruit or get rid of me if they learned of me.

Xavier- Recruit and help train my power.

Magneto- Recruit, Capture or kill.

Striker- Capture AND Kill when of no more use.

Some organization called SHIELD would want to capture and study me.

Reed Richards- Recruit and help train my power.

Dr. Doom- Recruit, train, study. Isn't that the king of a tiny European country? Wait... Why do I get a feeling of cosmic irony from his place on the list?

AIM- Study, experiment and dissection?! Okay REALLY gonna avoid them...

Hydra- Study, experiment and dissection... Well fuck there's 2 groups apparently...

So... A few groups that MIGHT recruit me, help me train my abilities, and a bunch that would likely use my power's for their own gain or outright evil purposes... So I could go ahead and try to get the attention of one of the groups that would train and protect me, keep my head down and try to hide, or I could try to vanish if someone comes around and survive on my own...
