Alyssa takes a plunge

It took a great deal of effort from Alyssa to avoid hurting herself on the way to the dive board. She moved cautiously, not wanting to trip or bump into anyone. She did not want to faceplant into the concrete and hurt herself on her first hour here.

Alyssa was startled as she felt someone grab her by the arm. She started to pull away, but then a soothing male voice told her not to worry.

"Hey, don't worry. I'm here to help."

Alyssa paused. "U ah?" She couldn’t clearly make out words through her gag.

"Yeah. Where you trying to get to? The diving board?"

Alyssa nodded.

"Good. Then allow me to guide you there. Although i would reccomend you memorise the route, so that you can get back to the desk later. Understand?"

Alyssa nodded again.

"Good. Off we go then."

The man led Alyssa across the pool deck. Alyssa countee exactly thirty steps to get to the diving board. Once she felt her free hand made contact with the ladder, the man release her. He gave a polite farewell and left Alyssa to her own devices.

'I don't like this,' Alyssa thought. 'Being blind means i need someone to help me. I hate that. I need to learn to get around on my own. And i can start by doing some dives.'

Alyssa planned to only do a handful of easy dives, just to put that itch to rest. She gripped the ladder with both hands and started climbing. She passed a platform which she had seen on her way in as the lower of the two boards, and kept climbing. She was more used to the higher jumps.

Alyssa reached the top, and regrettes not being able to see the view. But no matter, this was still an interesting challenge for her.

The restraints were making Alyssa a bit shaky at the eroticism, and she had to calm herself as she walked along the board.

Reaching the end, Alyssa scooted her toes to the very edge. She then raised her arms and put herself through the mandatory mental prep of doing a jump. She decided to start off simple, with a double-someursalt.

Taking a deep breath into her rebreather gag and staring into the dark abyss of her blindfold, she jumped.

Alyssa executed the jump perfectly, and plummeted gracefully into the water. She hung under the surface for a bit, enjoying the sensation of the rebreather. Added with the fact that she couldn’t see where she was going, Alyssa was abke to just lazily stroll around underwater in a truly relaxing manner.

Alyssa decided to do a few more jumps, stick to the water for a bit, and then get some sunbathing in. Eventually finding the edge of the pool, she pulled herself around the edge until she banged her head on the ladder of the diving board. Just as she had planned.
