Dear Diary,

It's my 18th birthday today! Mummy and daddy gave me a very beautiful handmade leather bounded journal. I mean with the phones, the internet, and everything. It's very sweet of them. I also went out to celebrate with my dear friends Claire and Kisha at the movies and had a great time. It was an amazing day surrounded by my family and friends. I wish we can always be together forever like this!

I hope to fill up this diary with a whole new year of happy memories.
