Agree To Check Out Mrs. Harts Office
“Give me one second to gather my things.” I nodded. I was sure I would be spending more time in the nurses office then here in my office. At least during the testing. Outside the office door, students' voices and footsteps echoed in the hallway, growing louder as more arrived for the day.
“Can I ask. I do not see a ring but you go by Misses and not Miss Hart? I smiled as I glanced over the stuff I had set out making sure I wouldn't need any of it for the class. The early morning light was just beginning to brighten the room, casting a soft glow across the surfaces.
“I was married to a solider. Sadly he died in the line of duty when I was studying to be a nurse.” Mrs. Hart shook her head and frowned. Her fingers gently rubbed the base of her ring finger, tracing the spot where her wedding band probably used to be.
“I am sorry to hear that.” I said and reached over touching her hand. Her skin was warm against mine and her skin soft as I gave her hand a soft squeeze.
She smiled at me a she looked up and took my hand. “It is fine but thank you.. Iits not but I have learned to live with it. I wouldn't say we loved each other but he was a good man and we could have been happy.”
“How did you end up here?” I asked out of curiosity.
“The school offered to finish paying for my education in exchange for me coming to work here. It was a win win for both parties. I guess you could say I am school property till my loans are paid off.” She gave a little shrug. She was essentially an indentured servant with the school paying her a small wage and keeping a portion though if she lived on campus her room and board were payed for meaning she have few if any actual bills.
“Or someone buys you and pays off your debt?” "Or someone buys you and pays off your debt?" I teased with a raised eyebrow.
Mrs. Hart let out a soft laugh and shook her head at me. "A little soon to be proposing marriage, Mister Chase," she said with mock seriousness, though the faint blush creeping into her cheeks betrayed her amusement. She glanced down briefly before meeting my gaze again with a playful smile.
“Are you the only nurse on staff for all eight hundred students?” I asked wondering what happens if she was sick and could not work.
“Mrs. Gates the Health teacher and Mrs. Valentine the student consular both have medical training as well and are licensed nurses plus the school has someone on call.” Mrs. Hart smiled and gave a little shrug as she straightened slightly in her seat and tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear. Her fingers lingered for a moment at her temple before dropping back to her lap.
“Seems the school has their bases covered.” I smiled and grabbed my medical bag slinging it over my shoulder. “Shall we my lady.” I extended my hand towards the door in a mock-chivalrous gesture.
“As you like good sir.” Mrs. Hart nodded and headed for the door. Mrs. Hart nodded and headed for the door. Her heels clicked rhythmically on the tiled floor as she walked, her lab coat swaying gently with each step drawing the eye to her long stocking clad legs.
I headed out into the hall where I saw the girls hurrying to class. One girl running as their skirts fluttered and rose up behind her showing off stocking clad thighs as she smiled as she passed then caught up with her friends. I closed the door to see the light on the lock was still green and checked to see it was still unlocked.
“You have to swipe your card again to lock it or it will lock on its own in one minute.” Nurse Hart said. Made sense encase one left their key card inside and needed to run in and grab it.
I swiped my card watching the light turn red and heard the door lock. As we headed toward her office I noticed the students lined up at the doorways. Each one holding their phone up followed by a beep before the girls headed into class.
"Why are they touching their phones to the scanners?" I asked, observing the smooth, practiced motions of the students.
“Signing into homeroom for attendance. Every student has an app on their phone that allows campus security to know if someone is absent. They tried giving the students cards but to many kept loosing them but these girls would never loose their phones.” Mrs. hart looked over and shrugged. I was sure many of them would end up in the nurses office hyperventilating if their phones were taken away.
"What if they don't show up to class or just forget to sign in?" I asked, genuinely curious about the system's effectiveness.
“Then the campus security will ping their location on their phone to see where they are at encase they forgot to clock in and send them a text to remind them. If they are no where near their class they will get a call. If they don't answer then security will respond to make sure they are okay and then escort them to class.”
“Makes sense I suppose.” Given who some of the girls fathers were each of the young ladies was worth a small fortune if kidnapped. Mrs. Harts office was one door over from mine. She swiped her card at the door and lead me into the nurses office.
"Here we are. Welcome to my evil lair." Mrs. Hart teased as she led me into the nurses office. The room was more spacious than I would have thought for a nurses office, measuring approximately 20 by 30 feet. I had worried it might be cramped, not that I would mind sharing a cramped work space with her, but it was about the size of a small class room. This was a privately funded school for wealthy parents and donors, not a public school funded by the state I thought to myself.
I saw her desk sat by the door to the right, a sturdy oak piece with a modern ergonomic chair behind it. Two comfortable visitor chairs were positioned in front for students to sit and talk. A state-of-the-art computer monitor sat on one side of the desk. Behind her desk were rows of filing cabinets containing student records.
“Want me to give you the tour I give all the parents and donors?” She grinned.
“Please.” I shrugged. I was sure she had to give every new potential parent a little presentation as to why they should trust their daughters to come here so I was curious to see her sells pitch.
“You have the examination area on the left where You will be working,” she smiled as she pointed On the other side of the door I saw a medical scale next to an eye chart in an open area. The scale was digital, with a height rod attached. A blood pressure monitor hung from a rolling stand nearby a stool.
“We have two medical beds for exams but there are folding beds in the closet in the back just encase the school cafeteria has food poisoning incident or worst. Supplied for exam and treatment can be found in the drawers by the bed and unopened supplies are in the cabinets overhead.” She pointed. On the wall to the left were two medical beds sliding curtains. A mobile vital signs monitor on a wheeled stand was positioned between the beds. Cabinets for supplies sat behind the beds as the cabinets all had windows displaying boxes of bandages, gauze, band-aids, plaster clothes rolls for cast and more as well as drawers below that were labeled that probably held already open supplies. Disposable thermometer covers, gloves and such sat on the counter top for easy access. At the end was a hand wash and eye wash station with a soap dispenser on the wall next to a bathroom door. The sink looked to be equipped with motion sensors and a touch-less paper towel dispenser was mounted nearby. I smiled as I looked the area over setting my medical bag down on the medical bed.
She pointed to a bright red metal locker cabinet that read “Emergency Equipment Storage” on the door. A laminated emergency protocol chart was affixed to its side, outlining steps for various medical situations. “Over there is the equipment locker. You will find the defibrillator for heart attacks, manual resuscitator if they stop breathing, suction device for clearing airway, portable oxygen tanks with mask, and a nebulizer for respiratory treatments. All stuff I hope to never need but it's there if we do need it.” She frowned. It was understandable as it was all stuff you rather have and not need then to need it and not have it.
“Next to it is the testing equipment.” She pointed to a cabinet with glass doors filled with dozens of white boxes and plastic sample cups. “Pregnancy test god forbid, flu swabs for the upcoming cold season, glucose monitoring kits, urinalysis strips for detecting urinary infections, strep throat rapid tests for sore throats. I put the urine sample cups for **** screening and urinary analysis and mouth swabs for genetic testing in there before you go looking.” She smiled. I had to admit she ran a tight ship with a place for everything and everything in its place.
“In the back we have the medicine cabinet. It's locked and only a few people have the code.” She sad as she walked over. It looked to be made of Plexiglas or some security glass that could not be easily shattered. A clip board with a pen attached hung from the side for record keeping. “We do not keep any narcotics or opioids on hand as a general rule. Mostly I have to keep ordering Tylenol for menstrual cramping, you also have epinephrine auto-injectors for allergic reactions, albuterol inhalers in case of asthma attacks, narcan in case of an opioid overdose which luckily I have never used, antihistamines for mild allergic reactions, glucose gel for diabetic emergencies, hydrocortisone cream for skin irritations, antacids for stomach issues, antiemetics for nausea and vomiting, ipecac to induce vomiting encase of poison ingestion to induce vomiting, and a small supply of antibiotics for treating minor infections.”
“And last but not least we have the work station encase we need to do any simple test in house.” She pointed. I saw a work station where stools set next to a table with a microscope, blood centrifuge, spectrophotometer, and hematology analyzer sitting on top and a fridge for storage. A bio-hazard waste container stood next to the workstation.
“Well you give a lovely presentation.” I said and did a little clap as the sound echoed slightly.
"Thank you." She gave a mock little bow showing a little cleavage as her breasts shifted in her brassier under her blouse as she leaned forward. The brassier struggled to contain her ample bosom as she bent, causing her breasts to press together and deepen the line of her cleavage. Her blouse gaped slightly, offering a tantalizing glimpse of soft, pale skin as well as the outline of her brassier underneath.
“Heaven knows I have done it enough.” She laughed a little as she stood back up.
“Oh I have this for you.” She smiled as she turned and brought an empty medical cart over and pushed it toward me. It was white with five drawers on the side with three smaller drawers for storing tools and such with two deeper drawers for supplies. The top of the cart was flat and smooth, perfect for setting out equipment or paperwork. On one side, there was a hooks for hanging items like a clipboard while the other side held a tray for tablets The wheels were sturdy and moved smoothly. “I figure it be easier then you carrying your medical bag everywhere and fishing for tools.”
“Thank you.” I smiled. “How long is it before first period?” I glanced around till I found the clock on the wall beside her desk.
"Classes start at eight." She said. I glanced at my watch to see I had plenty of time to load the cart with tools and whatever other supplies I would need. The digital display showed 7:45, giving me a comfortable fifteen minute window.
"Good that will give me time to get set up." I smiled and unzipped my bag. The sound of the zipper echoed slightly in the quiet room. "Can you grab a handful of the mouth swab test kits and load them into the bottom drawer for me?" I asked, gesturing towards the cabinet she had shown me earlier.
"Of course. Do you want the urine samples too?" She asked as she walked over to the testing supplies and opened the cabinet. The glass door swung open smoothly, revealing neatly organized rows of medical supplies.
“No the strips will do for now.” I shook my head. I started pulling my tools put of the bag starting with my head tools putting my Ophthalmoscope for checking the eyes, my Otoscope for the ears, tongue depressors and penlight for the mouth, Spirometer for lung function, and breath analyzer, finally putting in my collar in last.
I opened the second drawer and put stuff for the body in starting with my Stethoscope for listening to the heart and lungs, blood pressure cuff for measuring blood pressure, thermometer for checking body temperature, reflex hammer for testing deep tendon reflexes, glucose monitor for checking blood sugar levels, vein detector for finding blood vessels under the skin, and thermal imaging tool. I set a small tape measure and caliper in for taking measurements.
"Here you go." Nurse Hart smiled as she came over with two handfuls of boxes of mouth swabs. I leaned over and opened the bottom drawer for her as she came over and squatted down giving me an amazing view down her shirt as she leaned forward. Her crimson locks, mostly held in a loose flowing ponytail, shifted slightly, with a few stray tresses framing her face and glasses. Her lab coat fell open, providing an unobstructed view of her voluptuous figure. I couldn't help but admire her large, full breasts straining against the red silk blouse, the low neckline revealing even more of her creamy skin and deep cleavage as she bent forward. The soft, rounded curves of her generous bosom strained against the material, creating a provocative outline as her lab coat hung over the curve of her ass and dangled behind her.
As she squatted, her snug black pencil skirt rode up, exposing more of her long legs encased in sheer black stockings. The tight fit of the skirt accentuated the curve of her wide hips and thighs as they expanded in this position. Her four-inch stiletto heels remained planted on the floor, causing her calves to flex as she balanced. The heels **** a subtle arch in her back, further emphasizing her curvaceous figure as she held the squatting position.
