Jack Wilkerson - 43, Short brown hair that's graying a bit with brown eyes. Jack is a tall, slim man who always presents himself professionally. He is the youngest dean in Eagle Crest history and is going into his forth year, which will be his first with female students. He is a strict man who prides himself in whipping Eagle Crest back into the prestigious shape that it once was. Jack is a former military man and carries many of those principals into his job. His tough exterior is what led to some concern for the female students and Jack was **** to bring on addition staff members to help with the transition. This is far from what he wants but he is willing to do his best if it benefits the students.

Janell Schmidt - 36, medium-length dirty blonde hair, blue eyes. Janell is a kind woman who had a passion for teaching English. She'd proudly taught at Sacred Sisters since graduating college and couldn't see herself anywhere else. Her efforts had shown as she'd won multiple awards and was largely loved by her students who could find some of the other teachers too uptight and rigid. This hardly made Janell a pushover as she'd do anything to fight for her students best interests. She was crushed to hear that the school was closing and being merged with the boys school nearby. She was even more caught off guard when she was offered the Assistant Dean position. She's clever enough to see that it's basically a PR move to counterbalance Mr. Wilkerson. She nearly laughed off the position as she has no formal experience but her love and connection with her students inspired her to go for it. She has no clue what to expect but has no plans of backing down to anyone when it comes to taking care of her students.
