Add Keyphrase: Muscle Body

When I think of an Orc, I typically expect them to be kind of physically imposing and - while Arma is pretty thick as an Orc, she's not quite as toned as I expected. Let's fix that by adding the phrase 'Muscle Body' to the mix.

The window opens up into the world outside and I can just barely make out a tower in the distance. More relevantly, Arma definitely tones up as I intended. Her arms and even legs have discernible, thickly corded muscles, and even her facial structure seems to shift and become more angular to match.

She's also shifted her hand from her knee to the floor, and her dress has become bleached white while losing its metal accents. She traded the slippers fore open sandals as well... Honestly, I think this is a pretty straightforward and successful change.
