Abbie and Jake call it a night

"I'm doing great, how about you?" Michelle asked, her words blurring together a bit. "But I think I might be drunk."

Abbie laughed, but as she did, she felt some of Jake's come dripping out of her. "I think you might be. Should we call it a night?" Abbie was perhaps a little eager to get out of the bar and clean herself up, though if prompted, she'd have been game to stay.

"I think I'm pretty spent," said Jake. "It's been a long day."

Abbie nodded, partly because that was simply true, but perhaps more because of their intense bar action just now.

"You lovebirds go on ahead," said Michelle. "You probably haven't had a chance to just be together all day." She looked at the bartender. "I'm going to see what Tyler here has to say. Hey, barkeep!"

Tyler glanced over to Michelle. "One second, Michelle!"

Michelle turned back to Jake and Abbie. "Have a good night, you two. I'm sure I'll see more of you this weekend. It was great to meet you!"

Jake waved as Abbie blew her a kiss. They turned and left the bar.
